TELT Pty Ltd is the developer of Endeavour on Mills and holds the project from site acquisition through to completion.

TELT is short for This Extraordinary Life Together, which is a fair description of what a house is for.

It is an independent development company, and what it believes in is purposeful development: projects that uplift places, enrich lives, and leave a legacy of considered impact.

Choosing to build five houses on a site that would take more is a deliberate position: individual titles, real street frontages, and enough separation between the homes for planting that will mature.

Architect and builder

DBD Architects & Builders

DBD Architects & Builders is a Perth-based, integrated design-and-construction practice, known for boutique, design-led residential projects across Western Australia.

Having the architect and the builder in the same team means the detailing that gets drawn is the detailing that gets built, and decisions about materials are made once, with the cost and the buildability already understood.

Their work runs to grouped dwellings, narrow-lot infill and high-performance townhouses, and to getting a good result out of a difficult site, which is the kind of practice a five-house terrace on one street frontage asks for.
